संकटः सरकारी बैंकों में आज हड़ताल, पांच दिन बंद रहेगा कामकाज

सरकारी बैंकों के अधिकारियों की यूनियन ने शुक्रवार और 26 दिसंबर को देशव्यापी हड़ताल का एलान किया है। इससे लोगों को परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ सकता है। हड़ताल के लिए शुक्रवार का दिन चुनने से साप्ताहिक अवकाश और क्रिसमस की छुट्टी के कारण अगले पांच दिनों तक बैंक बंद रहेंगे।

तीन लाख से ज्यादा बैंक कर्मियों के हड़ताल में शामिल होने से पूरे देश में बैंकिंग सेवा प्रभावित होने की आशंका है। एटीएम में कैश की किल्लत भी हो सकती है। ज्यादातर बैंकों ने अपने ग्राहकों को हड़ताल की पूर्व सूचना दे दी है। 

उधर नौ बैंकों की शीर्ष यूनियन यूनाइटेड फोरम ऑफ बैंक यूनियन ने भी 26 दिसंबर को हड़ताल का आह्वान किया है। इन दो दिनों की हड़ताल की घोषणा से सिर्फ सोमवार 24 दिसंबर को छोड़कर क्रिसमस तक बैंक बंद रहेंगे। क्योंकि 21 और 26 को हड़ताल के अलावा 22 दिसंबर को चौथा शनिवार, अगले दिन रविवार और 25 को क्रिसमस की छुट्टी है।

आगरा के थाना मलपुरा क्षेत्र के गांव लालऊ निवासी छात्रा संजलि को जिंदा जला दिए जाने की घटना की जांच उस लाइटर पर आकर अटक गई है, जिससे उसे जलाया गया। यह खास किस्म का लाइटर है। 

पुलिस यह मालूम करना चाहती है कि इस तरह का लाइटर जनपद में कहां बिकता है ? और हाल फिलहाल में कौन-कौन खरीदकर लाया? उम्मीद है कि इन सवालों के जवाब से ही कोई न कोई सुराग मिल जाएगा लेकिन यह अभी तक नहीं मिल पाया है।

पुलिस की दो टीमें लाइटर की लाइन पर काम कर रही है। पुलिस सूत्रों ने बताया कि एक आईपीएस अधिकारी के नेतृत्व में एक टीम ने शुक्रवार को लालऊ में उन घरों में जाकर पड़ताल की जो रसोई गैस का इस्तेमाल करते हैं। खुदकुशी करने वाले योगेश का घर भी इनमें शामिल है।

सभी जगह देखा गया कि लाइटर किस किस्म का इस्तेमाल किया जा रहा है? रसोई गैस वितरकों को भी लाइटर का फोटो दिखाया गया। कहीं यह लाइटर ऑनलाइन न मंगाया गया हो? इस पर पुलिस ने ऑनलाइन सामान बेचने वाली कंपनियों से भी बात की। पता चला कि ऑनलाइन खरीद नहीं की गई है। इस लाइटर की एक खूबी यह है कि इसमें एक बटन ऐसा ही जिसे दबाने से इसकी आग बुझती नहीं है। यह गैस से जलने वाला लाइटर है।

संजलि कक्षा 10 की छात्रा थी। वो गांव से नौ किमी दूर नौमील गांव स्थित अशरफी देवी छिद्दा सिंह इंटर कॉलेज में पढ़ती थी। 18 दिसंबर की दोपहर छुट्टी के बाद साइकिल से घर लौट रही थी। तभी बाइक सवार दो युवकों ने पेट्रोल डालकर उसे आग के हवाले कर दिया। 

संजलि को गंभीर अवस्था में आगरा के एसएन मेडिकल कॉलेज में भर्ती कराया गया। यहां से दिल्ली के सफदरजंग अस्पताल में रेफर कर दिया गया। जहां 20 दिसंबर को उसकी मौत हो गई। इस घटना ने पूरा आगरा को झकझोर कर रख दिया है।

आगरा की छात्रा संजिल मौत से जंग हार गई। गुरुवार की सुबह दिल्ली के सफदरजंग अस्पताल में संजलि ने दम तोड़ दिया। इधर, उस पर पेट्रोल डालकर आग लगाने वाले दो हमलावरों का अब तक कोई सुराग नहीं लगा है। 

संजलि के शव का पोस्टमार्टम दिल्ली में ही होगा। परिजन अस्पताल में मौजूद हैं। छात्रा की मौत की खबर से मलपुरा के गांव लालऊ में मातम पसर गया है। घरों में चूल्हे तक नहीं जले हैं। हर कोई छात्रा को जलाने वाले हमलावरों को कोस रहा है।

संजलि को गंभीर अवस्था में आगरा के एसएन मेडिलकल कॉलेज में भर्ती कराया गया। यहां से दिल्ली के सफदरजंग अस्पताल में रेफर कर दिया गया। जहां गुरुवार तड़के उसकी मौत हो गई। संजलि की मौत से परिजनों का रो रोकर बुरा हाल है।  

संजलि की इलाज के दौरान मौत के बाद दिल्ली में ही पोस्टमार्टम होगा, वहां से शाम को लालउ में संजलि का शव पहुंचेगा। वहीं बिटिया की मौत से गांव लालऊ में लोग इतने दुखी हैं कि घरों में चूल्हे तक नहीं जले। हर कोई गमगीन है। 

घर पर संजलि के भाई-बहन हैं, मां-बाप दिल्ली हैं। स्थानीय नेता घर पहुंचकर उनको ढांढस बंधा रहे हैं। वहीं, घटना को लेकर समाजवादी पार्टी के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष अखिलेश यादव ने प्रदेश की कानून व्यवस्था पर सवाल खड़़े किए हैं।

खुलासे के लिए पांच टीमें गठित की गई हैं। लालऊ और आसपास के गांवों से छह युवकों को हिरासत में लिया गया है। पूछताछ जारी है लेकिन अभी तक आरोपियों के बारे में कोई सुराग तक नहीं मिला है। गांव में पुलिस ने डेरा डाल लिया है। 

उधर, घटना के बाद से गांव लालऊ में दहशत का माहौल है। बच्चों का खेलना कूदना ही नहीं, स्कूल भी छूट गया है। बाजार खुले पर पर खामोशी छायी है। बिटिया को जिंदा जलाए जाने की कोशिश की घटना से इतने दुखी हैं लोग कि घरों में चूल्हे तक नहीं जले।

छात्रा संजलि घर से डेढ़ किलोमीटर दूर नौमील गांव स्थित अशरफी देवी छिद्दा सिंह इंटर कॉलेज से छुट्टी के बाद लौट रही थी। घर से 500 मीटर पहले हमलावरों ने उसे रोका, उस पर पेट्रोल डालकर आग लगा दी और भाग निकले। 

संजलि 75 फीसदी झुलस गई थी। उसका दिल्ली के सफदरजंग अस्पताल में उपचार चल रहा था। गुरुवार सुबह संजलि की मौत हो गई। इधर, घटना के खुलासे के लिए पुलिस टीमें स्कूल की छात्राओं, स्टाफ से पूछताछ कर रही हैं।

The BJP has already made steady inroads in various districts of west Bengal after the panchayat elections and by-polls and managed to emerge as the main opposition party in the state. 

PM Modi's visit comes just over a fortnight BJP chief Amit Shah visited the state. Reports had also suggested that he had set a non-negotiable target of winning at least 22 of Bengal's 42 Lok Sabha seats next year.

Croatia eliminated hosts Russia in the quarter-finals and England in the semis, delighting their home country of 4.2 million people.

“Whether we win today or lose, Croatia is going to be on fire,” said Croatian fan Kristjan Alapic, from the city of Velika Gorica, as he stood outside Moscow’s Bolshoi Theatre.

“Tomorrow don’t expect anybody to show up for work. This brings the whole population together.”

When Croatia take on France at Moscow’s Luzhniki stadium later on Sunday, the team hopes to settle an old score with the French dating back to the 1998 World Cup.

That year, Croatia’s World Cup dreams were ended when France beat them 2-1 in the semi-finals before going on to win the tournament.

“It is unbelievable to be in the final for such a small country such as Croatia,” said 47-year-old Croatian fan Denis Papac near Red Square. “It’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.”

After Croatia eliminated Russia, Croatian tour operators struggled to secure enough airplane space to get all the country’s fans to Russia for the World Cup.

“There weren’t that many Croatians earlier in the tournament,” said 30-year-old Miro Susa from Osijek, who was on a square adjacent to the Kremlin. “This is a unique opportunity. This will maybe never happen again.”

While Croatian fans were gearing up for the match, Russian police stepped up security, closing off traffic in central Moscow in preparation for the visits of high-ranking officials tied in to the World Cup.

Ahead of the final Russian President Vladimir Putin held talks on Sunday with Hungarian President Viktor Orban and Qatar Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani, and was still expecting French President Emmanuel Macron.

At Moscow’s Luzhniki stadium, hundreds of security staff in civilian clothes were inspecting the premises.

French fans were more reserved ahead of the final and seemed to be fewer in number than their Croatian counterparts.

“I’ve been seeing a lot of Croatians. That has really hit me,” said 32-year-old French fan Benjamin Haddad. “The atmosphere is very Croatian right now.”

Haddad could not explain why French fans were less visible on the streets of Moscow ahead of the match but suggested the enthusiasm of the Croatians could be tied to their team’s unforeseen success.

“It’s the first final in Croatia’s history,” he said. “It’s a surprise for them to be here. It’s an even more historical moment for them.”

I was part of a trial-and-error game.”

The actor has been promoting his forthcoming film Karwaan by posting the film’s songs on his Twitter page. The film is releasing on August 3.
